Join us at West Appleton Country Club on September 8, 2018,

to support AIO Food Pantry's Weekend Backpack Program.

Almost half of children in Knox County live with food insecurity
At the 7 schools in one school district,
36% to 64% of kids qualify for free school lunches.
On weekends, many don't get enough to eat. That's a lot of hungry kids.

WE HAVE COMPLETED YEAR THREE OF TRYING TO FIX THIS --
THIS YEAR FEEDING MORE THAN 325 CHILDREN IN 17 KNOX COUNTY SCHOOLS EVERY WEEKEND.

NEXT SEPTEMBER WE HOPE TO ADD

HOPE, APPLETON, & LINCOLNVILLE ELEMENTARIES,

PLUS CAMDEN HILLS AND MEDOMAK MIDDLE SCHOOLS.

Words can't describe the look in the eyes of children who do not have to worry about their next meal.

If the cycle of poverty is to be broken, cherishing the children must be the place to start.

These small ones need to feel safe and valued, if they are to learn and dream and grow up strong.

If you cannot attend our event, please consider a tax-deductible donation. $225 will sponsor a child for a full year. $115 for 1/2 a year. $60 for 3 months. $25 for 1 month. Thank you for helping hungry children in Knox County, Maine.
